What is included with every service
This price list is informative. On site services (computer repair, on site IT support) are provided in Ljubljana and the surrounding area. Remote IT support and all digital services (websites, SEO, social media, AI solutions) are provided to clients throughout Slovenia.
The final price is determined after a consultation with the client and depends on the scope of work. For a free personal quote, contact me through the website or by email.
1. IT SUPPORT
IT support for individuals, sole proprietors and small offices in Ljubljana and the surrounding area. Solving everyday issues with computers, networks, email and printers. Help remotely or in person on site.
Help via AnyDesk or TeamViewer. Setup, troubleshooting, guidance through the process.
Visit at your location in Ljubljana and the surrounding area for on site assistance.
Connecting, installing software, drivers, email and printer.
Router configuration, password, signal optimization, guest network separation.

Prices are indicative and depend on the amount of content. Every website needs a domain and hosting to go live. Neither is included in the package price and both are listed separately below. Delivery time starts when I receive your content and materials.

Annual domain registration and renewal. Common domains like .si, .com and .eu are usually 20 to 30 € per year. The first year may be cheaper due to registrar promotions. Special extensions (for example .ai or .io) cost more and are priced individually.
Annual hosting on a fast LiteSpeed server at an established Slovenian provider. I take care of the setup and everything after: SSL certificate, regular backups, speed and cache configuration, security monitoring and support if anything goes wrong. A standard business website is 60 to 150 € per year, depending on the size of the site, the number of email accounts and how much traffic it gets. Larger websites and online stores with a lot of traffic need a stronger server and are priced individually.
3. Online Marketing & SEO
Helping clients get found in Google and on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn). I work with businesses and individuals throughout Slovenia.
First SEO results are usually visible within 3 to 6 months, while ads can deliver results in the first week.

AI solutions for individuals and businesses throughout Slovenia. I help you make AI an actual working tool that genuinely saves you time.
Every integration works through your own account with OpenAI or Anthropic. Your data stays yours, and you only pay for what you use. For most small websites this is just a few euros per month.

How does payment for AI services work?
You open your own account with OpenAI or Anthropic and add your card. I take care of the setup and install the AI key on your WordPress. You pay your monthly usage (usually 1 to 5 EUR for a small site) directly to them. The account is yours. I only set up the service and maintain it by agreement.
5. Computer repair
Repair of computers and laptops in Ljubljana and the surrounding area. Before any repair, I always perform diagnostics first and inform you of the final price. Work only begins after your approval.
Service rules
Diagnostics are free if you decide to proceed with the repair.
Basic diagnostics take up to 1 hour. Deeper fault finding is charged by the service hour and always approved in advance.
The client is always informed of the final price before any repair.
The first hour of work is charged in full, then in 30 minute intervals.
Warranty on completed work is 3 months.
I am not responsible for data loss due to disk failure, viruses or improper use. Regular backups are strongly recommended.
Repair services price list
Device check and written status report (up to 1 hour). Free if the repair is carried out. For complex faults that need deeper testing, the additional time is charged by the service hour, estimated and approved in advance.
General work on the device. First hour charged in full.
Clean installation, activation, drivers, updates and basic protection. The price covers the work, not the Windows license. If your device already had Windows, it usually reactivates automatically at no extra cost. If it has none, you can get a genuine license from Microsoft or another official reseller.
System installation while preserving your documents and settings.
Installation, system cloning or fresh install. Disk cost not included.
Adding or replacing memory. RAM module cost not included.
Dust removal, fan cleaning, temperature check.
Disassembly, cooling system and keyboard cleaning.
Replacement of thermal paste on CPU and GPU.

The prices listed here are the final prices you pay. Nothing is added on top. As a sole proprietor, I work under the tax status shown on the invoice. For businesses that need specific invoicing details, we arrange these before the quote is issued.
Of course. For any service beyond basic diagnostics, I prepare a written quote with a final price before we start. For work where the scope is not fully clear in advance, I provide an estimated upper limit.
The START package usually takes 7 to 14 days, BIZ 14 to 21 days, and PRO 21 to 35 days. Delivery time also depends on how quickly the client provides the necessary content.
For local keywords in Ljubljana, first improvements are usually visible in 2 to 4 months. For more competitive keywords, a realistic expectation is 4 to 8 months. SEO is a long term investment.

Payment is made by bank transfer to my business account based on the issued invoice. Payment due in 8 working days. For larger projects, work is usually split into 2 or 3 installments (40% at start, 30% at midpoint, 30% on delivery).
Yes. Monthly packages have no minimum commitment. Let me know at least 7 days before the start of the next billing period and the collaboration ends at the end of the current month. Work already paid for is completed in full.
This price list is valid from April 2026 until further notice. I reserve the right to adjust prices. For any quote already issued, the prices from that quote always apply.
