1. Services
pjz.si offers the following services:
- IT Support (Ljubljana and surrounding area)
- Computer and Device Repair (Ljubljana and surrounding area)
- Web Design (throughout Slovenia)
- Online Marketing, SEO and Social Media (throughout Slovenia)
- AI Solutions (throughout Slovenia)
The scope, timeline and price of each service are agreed upon with the client before work begins. For more complex projects, a written offer or agreement may be provided.
2. Quotes and Agreements
Before commencing any work, we will provide you with a clear overview of the expected scope and cost of the service. This may be communicated verbally, via email or through a written offer, depending on the nature of the service.
By confirming your acceptance of a quote or proceeding with the service, you agree to the described scope and pricing.
3. Pricing and VAT
Prices listed on this website are informative and serve as orientation. The final price is always confirmed with the client before work begins and depends on the scope and complexity of the project.
The prices listed are the final amounts you pay, with nothing added on top. The applicable tax status of the service provider is shown on every issued invoice. For businesses that require specific invoicing details, these are agreed upon before the offer is issued.
4. Payment
An invoice is issued for every completed service. Payment is made by bank transfer to the business account stated on the invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 8 working days of the invoice date.
For larger or longer term projects, such as website development, payment is usually split into instalments, for example 40 percent at the start, 30 percent at the midpoint and 30 percent on delivery. The exact terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
If you wish to cancel a service before work has begun, please notify us as soon as possible via email at info@pjz.si.
Monthly packages (such as IT maintenance, SEO, social media or AI maintenance) run on a month to month basis with no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time by letting us know in writing at least 7 days before the start of the next billing period. Services already paid for continue until the end of the current period.
Refunds are handled on a case by case basis, taking into account the nature of the service and the work already completed. We reserve the right to withhold payment for work that has already been carried out.
We are committed to resolving any dissatisfaction fairly and transparently.
6. Service Quality and Corrections
Web Design, Online Marketing and AI Solutions: We stand behind the quality of our work. After delivery, we offer an adjustment period during which we will address any reasonable corrections or changes related to the agreed scope of work at no additional charge. The length of this period depends on the chosen package and is agreed in advance.
IT Support and Computer Repair: Warranty on completed repair work is 3 months. It covers the service we performed and does not cover new or unrelated faults, replacement parts (covered by the manufacturer or supplier) or issues caused by improper use. If a fault reoccurs as a direct result of our work, we will resolve it at no additional cost.
7. Online Marketing and SEO
Search engine optimization and online marketing depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and platform algorithms, competitor activity and market conditions.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, positions, traffic, reach or sales within any particular timeframe. SEO in particular is a long term investment and results typically develop over several months. We apply proven methods and report honestly on progress, but the outcome can never be fully guaranteed.
8. AI Solutions and Third Party AI Accounts
Where AI features are integrated into your website or systems, these operate through your own account with a third party AI provider, such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
You are the account holder and remain in control of your own data and settings. Usage is billed directly to you by the provider, based on actual consumption. We set up the integration and, by agreement, maintain it, but we are not responsible for the pricing, availability, policies or performance of third party AI providers.
AI generated content and answers may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or publishing it. When AI features are used, relevant data may be processed by the third party AI provider in line with their own terms and privacy policy.
9. Client Responsibilities
To allow us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the service
- Grant necessary access to systems, platforms or devices as required
- Respond to requests for feedback or approval in a reasonable time
- Ensure that any content, materials or assets you provide do not infringe on third party rights
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, logos and other materials, is the property of pjz.si and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
Upon full payment for a completed project, ownership of the deliverables (such as a website or marketing materials) is transferred to the client. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
We are not responsible for any copyright issues arising from content, images or materials provided by the client.
11. Limitation of Liability
We provide our services with care and professionalism. However, pjz.si shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services
- Issues caused by third party platforms, software, AI providers or services outside our control
- Data loss or system failures not caused by our direct actions
- The accuracy or consequences of AI generated output
- Delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control
We strongly recommend that clients keep regular backups of their data. We are not responsible for data loss due to disk failure, viruses or improper use.
Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service.
12. Third Party Services
Some services may involve the use of third party platforms or tools, such as website hosting providers, domain registrars, marketing platforms or AI providers. We are not responsible for the terms, pricing or performance of third party services.
We will inform you of any relevant third party costs or requirements before they are incurred.
Domains and Hosting:
A website requires a domain and hosting in order to be publicly accessible. These are recurring annual costs and are not included in the price of website development.
Where we provide a domain or hosting on your behalf, we handle the setup, renewals and technical administration. All related requests, including changes, transfers and cancellations, are arranged through us.
Hosting and domain fees are charged annually in advance and are not refundable for the current period.
Hosting prices depend on the size of the website and the resources it requires. If your website grows and needs a stronger server, we will inform you before the next renewal.
If you decide to move your domain or website to another provider, or to take over administration yourself, we will arrange the transfer within 5 working days of your written request, provided that all outstanding invoices have been settled.
13. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver the agreed service.
14. Privacy
The collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://pjz.si. By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
