I offer remote assistance, on site IT support in Ljubljana and the surrounding area, computer setup and configuration, system troubleshooting, network and internet issues, domain management, and email setup for individuals and businesses.
Yes. I provide remote support for software and configuration issues, which means faster resolution without the need for an on site visit. For hardware issues or when remote access is not practical, I come to your location in Ljubljana and the surrounding area.
I respond to all requests within 24 hours. For urgent issues, I aim to respond and resolve the problem on the same day. Routine tasks are typically completed within 1 to 3 business days.
I implement access controls, keep systems updated with the latest security patches, set up antivirus and firewall protection, and advise clients on best practices to reduce security risks.
Yes. I provide IT support for small businesses, sole proprietors and individuals in Ljubljana and the surrounding area, including Kamnik, Mengeš, Vodice and Komenda. I offer flexible arrangements, from one time help to ongoing support, depending on your needs.
The process starts with a free consultation where we discuss your goals, target audience and design preferences. You can choose from existing templates for a faster turnaround or request a fully custom design. You provide the text and images. I can assist with content if needed. Once the site is built, you review it and request any adjustments before launch.
Both. Templates are faster and more affordable. Custom design gives you a unique look tailored to your brand. I recommend the right approach based on your budget and goals.
Yes. I offer ongoing website maintenance including updates, security checks, content changes and technical support to keep your site running smoothly.
I primarily work with WordPress and build custom solutions using HTML, CSS and JavaScript where needed. I also have experience with Wix.
The price depends on the scope of the project, number of pages, functionality and design complexity. You can see indicative prices for each package on my pricing page. Contact me for a free quote. The initial consultation and cost estimate are always free.
A standard website typically takes 1 to 3 weeks from the first consultation to launch, depending on how quickly content and feedback are provided. More complex projects may take longer.
I offer SEO optimization, AI ready SEO, social media management, content marketing, Google and Meta Ads, and website optimization for businesses and entrepreneurs throughout Slovenia.
I start by understanding your business goals and target audience, then analyze your current online presence and competitors. Based on this, I build a strategy focused on the channels and tactics most likely to bring results for your specific situation.
I work with clients across different industries, mostly small businesses, sole proprietors and individuals throughout Slovenia.
Digital marketing puts your business where people already look, in search results and on social media. It lets even a small business reach the right local audience and build trust over time, so inquiries keep coming in even when you are not paying for ads. For most small businesses it is the most cost effective way to grow a steady stream of customers.
SEO optimization includes technical improvements to your website, keyword research, content optimization, local SEO for businesses across Slovenia, and, with monthly packages, regular reporting on results.
I offer two main things. First, personal training for using ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, where we work out together how to get genuinely useful answers from these tools and how to fit them into your everyday work. Second, adding AI features directly to your WordPress website, such as smart search, automatic summaries or a small assistant for your visitors. The goal is the same for both, to turn AI into a tool that actually saves you time.
In personal training we first talk about what takes the most time in your work and where AI could help the most. Then I show you how to ask the right way (this is called prompt engineering), how to adapt AI to your field and how to build your own set of prompts that you can reuse again and again. Training happens in person or remotely, and everything is explained in plain language.
I install the right plugin on your WordPress site, most often AI Engine, which connects your site to an AI provider such as OpenAI or Anthropic. Everything runs through your own AI account, which means requests go directly from your site to the AI provider and back. There is no third party in between. You have access to usage statistics, and I take care of the correct settings, key security and how it all behaves on the site.
The AI account is yours and you only pay for what you actually use. For a small business website with a few hundred visitors per month, the amount is usually between 1 and 5 euros per month. For busier sites or more demanding features the cost can be a bit higher, but you can see the usage at any time and set a monthly spending limit. I charge a one off fee for setup and configuration, listed on my pricing page, with optional maintenance by arrangement.
Because we use your own AI account, the data travels directly from your website to the AI provider and back. I do not store it and it is not kept by any third party. For business API accounts at OpenAI and Anthropic, your data is not used to train their models by default. This is an important difference compared to free public tools. Everything is set up in line with GDPR rules and we also update the privacy policy on your site.
Three things tend to work best. First, smart search that understands questions in natural language and shows the visitor the right article or service. Second, automatic summaries of articles or documents that save the visitor time. Third, a small assistant on the site that answers common questions about your services and points the visitor to the contact form when needed. We start with the feature that will bring you the most value and add more gradually.
This is a fair question and the right approach matters here. I set up the AI to answer only based on your content, not on its general knowledge. If it cannot find an answer, it honestly says it does not have the information and points the visitor to the contact form. This avoids made up answers. During the first weeks I recommend we monitor what the AI is saying and adjust the content or settings if needed.
We start with a short conversation to find out what would help you the most, whether that is training, adding AI to your website or both. For training we usually agree on one or more short sessions depending on the scope. For adding AI features to an existing WordPress site I usually need 2 to 5 working days for the basic setup and testing. The first consultation is always free.
I repair laptops and desktop computers. Depending on the issue and parts availability, I may also repair other electronic devices.
I fix software and hardware problems, slow performance, viruses and malware and failed startups, replace screens, keyboards and batteries, and handle data recovery.
On site repair is available in Ljubljana and the surrounding area, including Kamnik, Mengeš, Vodice and Komenda, when it is the most practical solution. For example, when transporting the device is not feasible. Most repairs are done at my place, where I have the tools and parts at hand, which is usually faster.
Standard repairs are completed within 1 to 3 days. Complex repairs or cases where parts need to be ordered may take up to 1 week or more. I always inform you of the expected timeframe before starting work.
The price depends on the type and complexity of the repair. You can see indicative prices for individual services on my pricing page. Contact me for a free assessment. I will give you a clear price estimate before any work begins.
