pjz.si offers the following services:

The scope, timeline, and price of each service are agreed upon with the client before work begins. For more complex projects, a written offer or agreement may be provided.

2. QUOTES AND AGREEMENTS

Before commencing any work, we will provide you with a clear overview of the expected scope and cost of the service. This may be communicated verbally, via email, or through a written offer, depending on the nature of the service.

By confirming your acceptance of a quote or proceeding with the service, you agree to the described scope and pricing.

3. PAYMENT

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the start of work.

Payment can be made via bank transfer or other methods agreed upon in advance. An invoice will be issued for every completed service.

For larger or longer-term projects, partial advance payment or milestone-based payment may be agreed upon.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

If you wish to cancel a service before work has begun, please notify us as soon as possible via email at info@pjz.si.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the service and the work already completed. We reserve the right to withhold payment for work that has already been carried out.

We are committed to resolving any dissatisfaction fairly and transparently.

5. SERVICE QUALITY AND CORRECTIONS

Web Design and Online Marketing:

We stand behind the quality of our work. After delivery, we offer an adjustment period during which we will address any reasonable corrections or changes related to the agreed scope of work at no additional charge.

IT Support and Computer Repair:

If an issue reoccurs as a direct result of our work, we will resolve it at no additional cost. This applies to errors caused by our intervention and does not cover new or unrelated issues.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To allow us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the service
Grant necessary access to systems, platforms, or devices as required
Respond to requests for feedback or approval in a reasonable time
Ensure that any content, materials, or assets you provide do not infringe on third-party rights

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, logos, and other materials, is the property of pjz.si and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

Upon full payment for a completed project, ownership of the deliverables (such as a website or marketing materials) is transferred to the client. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

We are not responsible for any copyright issues arising from content, images, or materials provided by the client.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We provide our services with care and professionalism. However, pjz.si shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services
Issues caused by third-party platforms, software, or services outside our control
Data loss or system failures not caused by our direct actions
Delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control

Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Some services may involve the use of third-party platforms or tools (such as website hosting providers, domain registrars, or marketing platforms). We are not responsible for the terms, pricing, or performance of third-party services.

We will inform you of any relevant third-party costs or requirements before they are incurred.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver the agreed service.

11. PRIVACY

The collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://pjz.si. By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
